We recommend train #18A "Karelia" from Moscow for the most comfortable journey. From Saint Petersburg, the "Lastochka" train runs twice daily, along with several trains heading towards Murmansk.

From Moscow
The travel time is approximately 14 hours. There are two possible routes: one through Yaroslavl/ Vologda and the other through Tver/ Veliky Novgorod. Both routes have excellent asphalt roads.
From Saint Petersburg
Travel time is about 9 hours via the Murmansk highway.
